Microsoft vista not working

Hello, My name is Rocky and I have a Microsoft Vista but it won't let me in it just pull up a box saying that it unable to start and another box saying that it can not find the problem. Someone help me

hi there,

do you have your installation cd?

if yes then make a repair

by booting from it

and select repair
