standard connection or other? Closed

Hi all, I have  question..
we are usually used  this connection

Pin No.  	strand color  	Name
1 	 white and orange 	TX+
2 	 orange 	                TX-
3 	 white and green 	RX+
4 	 blue                           *
5 	 white and blue            *
6  	 green 	               RX-
7 	 white and brown        *
8 	 brown                       *

what happen if we use this connection ?

hi there,

it will not work neither for normal connection

nor for cross connection 

for the pin 4 ,5,7 & 8 they are not connected in normal straight connections

and in cross 4 is connected to 5 and 5 to 4

and 7 to and 8 to 7

but i try this connection it working normally? I don't fined any problem with it?
