Dear Sir,
This should definitely be a problem with your microphone. Please check whether you have plugged it in the right
place. This is the first place where you should check. Next get to the Control Panel and then to the Sounds and
Audio Devices. In the Volume tab, get to Advanced. In the Volume Control Panel, please select Options and then
Properties. You will find a long list of activate volume controls. You should check the Mic and click on OK. You
will then be able to adjust its volume on the Sound Control Panel. This should solve the problem that you are
having.
