Touchsreen problem

Hello,
My touch sceen on my computer (ACER laptop) does not work when the battery is installed. It works fine when the battery is not connected. Any ideas?

Dear Sir,

It is perhaps the battery which is conflicting with its functionality. I will hence

advise you to remove it in order to be able to use it properly.

SO...you think that if I replace the battery it will solve the problem? I'll look into it.
