Can VBA Code the Blank Spaces in a Column

Hello,
What I have is a single column of text data with blank cells
intermittantly throughout the column. I need to perform the same user
designed function at each blank space. The function , which I already
have concatenates the text cells since the last blank cell I have looked for answers and VBA seems to be the way to go although I have little experience with it

autofilter for blankd and the visible cells do the function and remove autofitler.

That would work if I was placing the same formula in each blank cell
but the formula changes
=PERSONAL.XLS!Concat1(A18:A20," ") in one blank cell, the next one is
=PERSONAL.XLS!Concat1(A22:A185," ")
The formula includes all the nonblank cells since the last
