China model YXTEL (8520) mobile GPRS Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,  

I have a China model YXTEL (8520) mobile with me. I am not able to open my email in my mobile . Can anybody help me how to tackle with problem ? error massege is:  edirected reguest received. resubmit user date .Please help me.  

Is there software required or any set up i need to do..... ?

you need no software for this

all you need is to contact your 

local network provider and ask the setting
