How to fix it!

Hello,

My Toshiba notebook want connect to a network it said that the network was unknown and it will not connect to my DSL or internet. What should i do?

hi there,

what is the type of connection in use?

is it wireless or wired?

if wired check your lan cable and change if bad or not fitted

also renew your ip in command mode

type ipconfig/release

ipconfig/rew
