Hello, my sony ericsson k800i have a problem with the camera and said to me, close the other aplication and start the camera but the other aplication are closed?! i need urget a solution, can you help me with that and send to me a PC suit to format it? thanks

hi there,

you cannot format it via pc suite

you need a special kit and software for this

i will advise you to take it to a mobile phone repair shop and get

it flashed there just not to complicate the situation
