Hello, SIR I CONNECT BLUETOOTH TO PC BUT NOT CONNECTED MY SGH L700 ON THE COMPUTER ,  IWANT CONNECT INTERNET CONNECTION BUT NOT PERFORMENCE, BUT ANY FILE TRANSFER TO PHONE AS PICTURE  
,CLIP, BUT NOT CONNECT INTERNET CONNECTION, USB PROPERLY WORK

hi there,

first your pc must have bluetooth 

either integrated or by usb dongle

then install driver and set it visible to search

same on mobile phone 

make a search and pair the devices 

then transfer your music ,pictures etc...
