Help With Counter Strike!

Hello,
ever since I edited counter strike option in-game to "not full screen but to "hardware" It crashed and when i uninstall and install it says "MetaFile not found or damaged [1] !!!"

ANY HELP!???? please

It's Counter Strike 1.6 DiGiTaLzOnE

if you have the help or you can give me another link to download it pls tell me!
