u can do a factory reset that will make fone back to how it came out the box. if its for memory card or internal fone storage then connect with usb and format the drives from ur pc. Gd lk!

the reset its just from the settings in the phone or with pc suite? i tried the reset from the phone and the problem with the keys that are'nt responding (the icons are there but if i touch nothing hapens!!) continues
