Automatically play Emailed pics on slideshow

Hello,
Some digital pictureframes receive Emailed pictures and display them sequentially. Is there a software that would do this on a computer screen? That would be easiest for my father to receive pics from family.

you can make a slideshow on powerpoint then email them

or use a slideshow maker
