Hello,
i have bought a ka09 and when i phone i am listening clearly the person which i have phoned but the other person is listening me but there is a lot of noise like a long beep he/she tell me. can you help me what is the problem. 10q

hi there,

reset it to factory default

its due to frequency of the device

if not resolved then ask for another one
