Missing or corrupt files

Hello,
Windows will not start due to some file problem. I have started with disc and entered recovery console, but it will not except any thing I type. Article 307545 says to type lines at the prompt. It replies access denied.
Help.

try to make a backup with another pc.
then make a clean format of the pc and it should be ok
