Hello,

I don't know how to make this formula work.
I am trying to make a spreadsheet that will populate a number based on my parameters.

If Cell A1 is = "P" and A2 is "N12b" Than Cell A3 is 15. The 15 is a value from a table.

if the conditions are not satisfied then the cell will be blank.

"The 15 is a value from a table." this is not clear.
