Comparing cell sheets

Hello,
I'm in a dilema. I have two excell sheets with data information.

Both sheets contact customer name, address, and phone numbers.

I need to cross referance about 2200 name to find duplicates.

How would I be able to cross refferance two different excell sheets for same infomation (look for duplicates)
