Hello,

I have a Sony VAIO laptop, model VGN-TT36 GD.I have problem with microsoft Office,when i want use outlook, word,excel or ... system show a warnning : ENTER YOUR PRODUCT KEY, when i put 25 character words from lable under my laptop,system show new warnning : THE KEY IS INCURRECT VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT KEY. Waht can i do ? Thanks so Much.

hi there,

the key found under your laptop is for activating windows

and for office you need a different key

since the trial period has expired ,you need to purchase it for further use
