suppose the first sentry
is entered in A2 (row 1 is for headings)
IN a3 COPY THIS FORMULA
note the double quotes
this will become
copy A3 down
it will work till the number (001,002 etc till 999)-perhaps you require only upto 031
ELD/001/12/09
is entered in A2 (row 1 is for headings)
