normally you must have a word 2007 to be able to open that document. If you are using word 2003 to open your data. remember that if you are using word 2007 for it to be able to open using a word 2003 you have to save it as word 2003. If you are using word 2007 to save the file as 20rd 2003 which can be found in the save options of 2007. other wise 2007 files cannot be opened using other version. (word2003 file name is Word.doc while word2007 file name is word.docx)
