Hello, I have actually a Microsoft office 2007 on my machine and whenever I send a document by email to a friend he cannot read the mail it says that unsupported format. I have tried almost everything but still cant find something. Even change my email address but still nothing.
can anyone help me please?

When saving you must save as and it will give you a choice of saving as Word 97-2003
