Webcam Help

Hello,
I have a Technika Tesco webcam.. and I go onto the tesco website to download the driver for it, and it doesnt work. It gets to the point where it tells me to restart my computer, I do, and it just doesnt work at all. Can someone please help me its driving me mad and I have no box for it so I am unsure of the serial number.
