Problem for BELKIN G USB Wi-Fi network adapte

I'm using Belkin G USB wireless network adapter model no:F5D7050 to link a wired Billion Router and it seems I can't manage to set up the Access point successfully.
I have check some details about my Belkin is version 4xxx and should support the AP mode & SP mode.
I was using PSP to access the internet using Wi-Fi network but it seems my adapter never do the AP because the lists of area network in my psp never show up.

So i set the IP for the Belkin wireless network to AUTO but it still couldn't solve the problem.
So I am not really sure that does this wireless network adapter ever support the wired ROUTER?
I hope someone can give me a guideline or solutions how to set up Belkin F5D7050 to AP mode.
