China iphone-icons Closed

Question

Hello,
I have a China iPhone and I can't move the icons from one page to another. Please help!
And worse than that I don't know how to delete them!

I am looking forward to some help ...

Yes,it can be done. You need to press and hold till the icon shake, then only you can move it everwhere
