Update problem

Hello,
my mobile phone is SAMSUNG GT-B3210, i have problem with text messages, actually i cant read text messages on my phone. I just want to update my phone, problem is that it says that internet is not connected and my internet is 24 hrs connected. plz help me out.........

Dear Star,

The problem should be coming from the internet options configurations.

Please contact your service provider for obtaining clear instructions and

the right settings for having the internet connection fixed up. Then carry

out a firmware update to have the different problems on the phone fixed

up. This should get the trouble fixed.
