Adobe flash player

Hello,
my computer is window 7 , why cant i install adobe flash player?? its really bring me many promblems, i cant watch movie and even i cant open many files without it..
whats going on??what can i do?? i clicked [install] for many times,but the pages havent changed...omg!!
