Hello,
I'm having trouble with my CD/DVD ROM. When I try and format a disk (usually doing a backup) it says it cannot format my disk. I have tried several different disks (DVD +R, DVD + RW, DVD-R) but it says it's formating it, then after seberal minutes it says it's unable to format it. I've never been in the registry. I have an HP Pavilion dv7-1133d running Vista with the TSST corp CDDVDW TS-L633L ATA DEVICE. I would really appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks
Brenda
