Hello,
my set and had encounterred with virus and nw nothing is seen plz tell me how to format my set

Hi there,

All mobile phone do not use same procedures to format or reset it to factory settings,you will have to provide the model and series of the mobile phone to make it easier to find the appropriate solution.
