error code when reinstalling xp Closed

Hello,
Can anyone help please,
my wife has a acer aspire one zg5 and it would not boot up after talking to acer i did a restore after that i got a message NTLDR file is missing. so i did a full format from a cd now i cant reinstall windows error code
0x00000007b    0x7f78da636     08c000004    0x0000000   0x0000000.   Im at my wits end with this now
and good old acer want 70.00 just for looking at it .

Hi there,

The installation disc is corrupted and may be having scratches.Use another cd and continue with installation,this will solve the issue.You can also repair the scratched cd,instructions are on link below from faq:

tried 2 seperate disks and a usb flash error code now 0x8e5e03fe think this one is going to have to go back to acer.
