GPRS activation Karbon K10

Hello,

Does any know how to configure GPRS on Karbon K10 mobile.. I have Airtel number, I called up the Airtel Call Center. They gave the manual settings.. After doing all those still the GPRS is not activated. Can anyone help me in this regard.
