Opening task manager

Hello,
please i want to know how to enable the task manager when it is disable. this especially when it say's it has been disabled by the administrator. i also want to know why it can be disabled by itself.

Dear Sir,

If you are unable to get to the task manager by pressing CTRL+

ALT+DEL, please try CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Still if you have been

restricted access to the Task Manager by the administrator, you

won't be able to get to it unless the administrator removes it or

if you log in as administrator.

You have a virus that has disabled access. Sorry

open the registry and try out the following key path through;

HKcu\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\system\......

and then look out for "Disabletaskmgrtools" key.Turn the value to 0 to negotiate a "No"
That is by right clicking the key it self and select modify binary.
