Hello, my lexmark 3530 say„low ink level„ at black cartridge „23A„ but I just refil it at a computer centre. What can I do?

Hi there,

You must re align the cartridge from menu>printer maintenance

I try that. don't work.somebody tel me to try to reset the cartridge but I don't know how
