TV mobile prob

Hello,
Sir i have a china Tv mobile The prob is tht its bluetooth device are not deleting.When ever i try to delete them mobile restsrts itself and devices remain there. Please reply me at my email. libra3336@yahoo.com

Hi there,

please give more information,other thing you can do is to reset mobile settings and not restore to factory they 2 different things.
