Actually it will completely depend on whether your mobile phone does have browsing features. You will just have to contact your network provider and request the GPRS settings and guide for its activation. Please note that most of the china clones do not have the possibility to be connected to internet and the ones which are able to access to internet allows the user to access to some sites only.
