Question about game and system requirements

I have a very stupid question, but I have a AMD Athlon X4 620 quad-core 2.6GHz 1 GB ATI Radeon HD 4650 computer, my question is some games say 32x cd drive requirement, my computer I guess only does 16x, does this mean I cannot play the game at all, or will it just not be as nice. Thanks for help.

ur wrong. ur drive must be writing at 16x but will mostly more than 48 . still check ur speed with the nero speed tool

else create a cd image and run it from virtual drive
it will not hav any problems
u can create and maintain virtual cds using
alcohol,power iso, daemon tools etc
