Problem with antivirus

Hello,
i am using quickheal antivirus............. they encountered a problem and is not updating and not working properly........ i want to remove and install a new antivirus but "THE SOFTWARE WAS NOT UNINSTALLING"
please provide me suggesions how to uninstall and ssuggest a best antivirus..........@@WAITING FOR UR ANSWER@@

Please get to Add/Remove Program and remove the program from your computer.

You can use an uninstaller to remove it from system,download it from here:
