NEED HELP A.S.A.P.. Closed

Hello,
 
I just bought a brand new dell studio laptop from k mart and I go to log into my computer. My computer has a password on it. how is this possible when it was brand new? and how do I take off the password? please somebody help me log onto my computer please. thank you.
