NO SOUND.I need help!

Hello,
Please help!! there is no cound on my computer.i'c already click computer then system properties and then hardware then click to sound under of that "Game Port for creative" there is a yellow color exclamation mark! what does it mean and no sound in my computer.what can i do? Thanks in advance.
