Hello,
in year 2008 i have bought a new window xp sp2 proffesional cd at rupess 6,445.but that time my window xp cd is affected by virus.after format when i start my computer it say's "window has closed this program - generic host process for win32.tday i have format three times a day but after format same letter was given.please help me.what can i do?

Hello Shinu,
I suggest to you that your CD does not have a virus, just an error.
Windows has published a patch to solve the problem which occurs only with Windows Xp SP2.

Let me know how it worked for you for there is another solution.
P.S. Did you know that you can upgrade free to Windows XP sp3 and to Internet Explorer 8?
