Pick out numbers/characters from cell

Hello,
I am wanting to pull information from a list like below. What i want is in one cell if it says 4/3lb i want it to say 12..(3*4) lbs. But in another cell i want to find the size example "lb" from the same cell..PLEASE help!!

I think I understand what you want. But if you could use this sample data and manually create how you want the data to look like in excel book and post that excel book to a share site like https://authentification.site it would be far more easier to see how and what needs to be done,
