Hello, i cant access most of my programs. can send receive calls, can send receive message. cant set time date and take picture please let me know. take me step by step how to unlock settings.

well i put that code and press call, and it says unavailable...what do i do??

i use ace z11 mobile but i do not internet setting so this setting or manual guide send
