Cd-dvd drive problem

Hello,
this sathish......... i have compaq presario cq 40-144 tu laptop model.... now i have the problem in my cd drive...
that is, my drive didn't read any datas of movies from the disc..... if u know the solution pls inform to me ......

Dear Sathish,

This particular problem that you are facing might be coming from defective lens. Please consider cleaning up the lens without damaging anything for settling up the matter.
