Problem trying to install Adobe Flash Player

Hello,

I have been having problem trying to finish the installation of adobe flash player 10

I have done the following:
1. download the adobe flash uninstall from adobe
2. closed all browsers
3. restart computer
4. download the flash player 10
5. run the program
6. here is where the problem is... the installation always hangs at the very end and would not complete no matter what i do... i have had to end the installation using task manager, and while the installation is running everything slows down to almost a standstill.

Any help would be most appreciated

Btw I am using windows xp OS and IE8

Dear Sir,

It might be that the downloaded file contains some errors or corrupted files. Please indicate from where you are downloading the application so that we can see into it.
