Dvd problem

Hello,
i dont really know the reason why my dvd multi-recorder in my laptop keeps on spinning when i put a cd in and then stops. i use windows vista and my computer is acer 5100.pls help with any suggestions. i really appreciate that.

The problem could be sourcing from the lens, please consider cleaning it up to see whether it works properly.
