I have same problem, but I solved it by this solution:
(for no warranty )
-Start the gas oven (medium fire)
- Remove the battery, cells and memory card and keep the mobile without cover
- Put the mobile in horizontal position of fire and minimum space between it and fire about 25-30 cm , max is 40 cm (take care about high temp.).
- for each side of mobile wait 5-10 minutes
try to start your mobile then test the touch screen
