Hello, I am still having problem with my cd/dvd drive not showing up but once in awhile. Are there any new suggestions/answers to the problem. I will appreciate it. Thanks.

Are you using a desktop or a laptop?Please give more information.

It's an Acer laptop ( Aspire 5520). Thanks for your quick response.
