Hello,
i keep on lossing my saved pictutres & sound( ie. audio) most often on my phone.Why so and how do I save the situition? Lastly,why so?

There could be a virus that is causing this problem to occur. I will advise you to restore the phone to factory settings in order to get free from the trouble.
