Match phone numbers on Excel sheet to address

Hello,

One Excel sheet #1, I have names and addresses of a very select group of about 5,000 people. Address is in column H.
On Sheet #2, I have names addresses and phone numbers of thousands of people. On this sheet, the address is in column G, and the phone number is in column E. I need to add the phone numbers on Sheet 2 to the matching addresses on the Sheet 1.
It seems like there should be an easy way to do this in Excel. Please help!
