Network Service.NT AUTHORITY is corrupt and u Closed

Question

Hi ,
Our computer gave a mesagge is; 
the File or Directory C:\ Documents and Settings \NetworkService. NT AUTHORITY is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility.
I run the Chkdsk but nothing changed. Please help me what I must do?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6

Hi there,

You will have to make a system restore to a recent created restore point to fix it also run a scan.
