I recently purchased a "NKTEL A8800" and I am trying to connect it to PC. It is getting connected as a storage device as well as a web camera, but not through the PC Suite (that I downloaded from NKTEL website). Can I somehow transfer my phone book and other details before I can start using the phone? This is very important as I have 300+ contacts and I wont be able to use the phone without them.
use bluetooth to transfer the data. if yr pc dosent have bluetooth use bluetooth dongle with SPP profile and have your software detect the phone via bluetooth. IT works already did it, can transfer phonebook and messages and what not.
