I have a Dell 5150 laptop that would noturn on so I replaced the motherboard now when up push power switch 2 outside lites flash the fan runs about 2o or 30 seconds and the battery gharge lite stays on and charges the battery but nothing else happens any know what is wrong?

Hi there,

Recheck all the connections mode on new board as well as the cover must be put on ,that is to close it as there is a thin layer of conductor that connects all circuits on it.
